I skip heavy creams and exfoliants before exercising. Dermatologists recommend removing makeup before workouts, as it can trap bacteria and dirt, causing skin issues. -
Hydrate Your Skin
Before working out, I apply a hydrating tonic to balance my skin, such as rose and lavender water. I then apply a hyaluronic serum followed by a lightweight moisturizer for my face and eyes. For extra nourishment, I use a dry oil on my face and body. -
Drink Plenty of Water
Hydration is key! I make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after my workout to keep my skin moisturized and prevent dehydration.

Using an exfoliating shower sponge helps me remove dead skin cells, leaving my body feeling smooth. After showering, I apply rose and lavender tonic, followed by an eye cream, hyaluronic serum, and a lightweight moisturizer to lock in hydration. -
Body Rejuvenation
For extra body care, I use a dry brush to exfoliate and rejuvenate my skin. Finally, I apply a nourishing body lotion to lock in moisture and keep my skin soft.
